I am learning to make the first sound in new words.
I am learning to get my mouth ready for the first sound. I can make the sound now that I know my alphabet sounds. Thomas said, "I am so good at reading and doing the pointing to the letters."

I remember reading this story with you this week - it was very tricky. It is great to see how you apply your learning at home by sounding out the first sound of the word when we read too.
